WADE WEHRI 2017-2018

OTTOVILLE – Wade Emerson Wehri, 20 months, of Ottoville, died 9:37 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 1 at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.

He was born March 22, 2017 in Lima to Jarrod and Amy (Brueggemann) Wehri, who survive in Ottoville.

Also surviving are his twin big brothers, Beau and Cole Wehri; paternal grandparents, Joe and Joyce Wehri of Ottoville; maternal grandmother, Mary Brueggemann of New Haven; and aunts and uncle, Mary Brueggemann of Louisville, Ky., and Jason and Jeanne Wehri of Ottoville.

Wade was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Larry Brueggemann.

Wade was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Ottoville. He was a lively toddler whose smile could light up a room. He loved to FaceTime his big brothers everyday. He was ornery, in a good way, and wanted to do everything his big brothers were doing.

The Wehri Family will be holding a private funeral service with The Very Revered Jerome Schetter officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Ottoville. Love Funeral Home is handling arrangements.

Jarrod and Amy request that memorial contributions be made directly toward research on Wade’s tumor through Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. Make checks to Cincinnati Children’s and include in the memo line: Neuroblastoma (Amy Wehri). Address the envelope: Cincinnati Children’s, Attn: Kasey Fischesser, 3333 Burnet Ave MLC 9002, Cincinnati OH 45229.
