PAULDING – Donald J. Richcreek, 26, Oakwood, appeared in Paulding County Court on Monday, Aug. 26 for a preliminary hearing.

Richcreek is being charged with one count of murder, an unclassified felony, in the death of his brother, Anthony Richcreek on Aug. 10.

During the preliminary hearing, his case was bound over to the Paulding County Common Pleas Court.

William Kluge of Lima has been appointed as his lawyer.

Bond is still set at $10 million with 10 percent cash privilege.
