PAULDING – Paulding County Prosecuting Attorney Joseph R. Burkard announced that the Paulding County grand jury indicted 11 persons on Wednesday, December 14.

The individuals will be arraigned in Paulding County Common Pleas Court. Those indicted were:

Kristen R. Gipple, 19, Hicksville, one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth degree felony.

Dominic D. Turner, 29, Louisville, Kentucky, one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a third degree felony.

Dominique D. Davis, 29, Indianapolis, two counts of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, each a fourth degree felony.

Melinda Gonzales, 37, Paulding, two counts of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, each a fourth degree felony.

Eldridge R. Wells, Jr., 22, Fort Wayne, one count of possession of marijuana, a fifth degree felony.

Richard T. Alford, 39, Fort Wayne, one count of failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, a third degree felony.

Joshua K. Clark, 35, Paulding, one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth degree felony.

Gary E. Schaffer, 45, Cecil, one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth degree felony.

Cody L. Adkins, 30, Paulding, one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth degree felony.

Newlyn W. Baker, 43, Haviland, illegal cultivation of marijuana, a first degree felony and one count of possession of marijuana, a second degree felony.

Allen W. Foute, 54, Sherwood, one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth degree felony and one count of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them, O.V.I., a first degree misdemeanor.
