Charles V. Seslar, 51, Payne, was in court on the State’s motion to revoke community control sanctions due to violation. The motion was denied. It was ordered that Seslar continues community control sanctions. The following conditions have been set forth as penalty for violation of community control sanctions: serve 60 days in the local jail facility with credit for zero days previously served. Seslar was previously charged with possession of methamphetamine (F5).

David A. Powell, 40, Fort Wayne, was in court for arraignment on the charges of theft (F5) and one count of forgery (F5). Powell pleaded not guilty to both charges . The jury trial is scheduled for April 26.

Jeremy A. Lamond, Oakwood, was in court for change of plea. Lamond changed his previous plea of not guilty to guilty of one count of non-support of dependents (F5).

Kelton A. Fries, 20, Fort Wayne, was in court for sentencing. Fries was sentenced to four years of community control sanctions, subject to the supervision and control of the Adult Parole Authority, under the standard conditions of community control sanctions and upon the following special conditions: serve 41 days in local jail facility with credit for 41 days previously served; not consume any alcohol or controlled substances and not enter any bars, taverns or places that serve alcohol by the single serving; submit to random blood, breath, urine and saliva screens; complete a drug/alcohol/mental health assessment within 48 hours of sentencing; obtain and maintain employment during the term of community control sanctions and give no good cause for its involuntary termination; obtain and maintain a valid operator’s license during the term of community control. Fries previously pleaded guilty to one count of receiving stolen property (F4); one count of having weapons while under disability (F3); possession of fentanyl (F3).

Randy C. Coleman, 51, Cloverdale, was in court for sentencing. Coleman was sentenced to four years of community control sanctions, subject to the supervision and control of the Adult Parole Authority, under the standard conditions of community control sanctions and upon the following special conditions: not consume any alcohol or controlled substances and not enter any bars, taverns or places that serve alcohol by the single serving; submit to random blood, breath, urine and saliva screens; submit to weekly drug testing on Monday of each week for 8 weeks; complete a drug/alcohol/mental health assessment; obtain and maintain employment during the term of community control sanctions and give no good cause for its involuntary termination. Coleman previously pleaded guilty to one count of possession of methamphetamine.

Cordarrly S. Ivory, 33, Indianapolis, was in court for arraignment on the charge of one count of possession of marijuana (F5). Ivory previously pleaded not guilty. The jury trial is scheduled for June 29 and June 30.

Ronald Blankenbeckler, 41, Defiance, was in court for arraignment on the charge of two counts of non-support of dependents (F5). Blankenbeckler previously pleaded not guilty. The jury trial is scheduled for June 29.

Tony M. Hanson was in court for change of plea. Hanson changed his plea of not guilty to guilty to one count of operation while under the influence of alcohol or drugs - O.V.I. (F4).
