Richard Emerling, Jr., 49, was in court on the State’s motion to revoke community control sanctions due to violations of conditions previously set forth. Emerling, Jr. acknowledged the violations. Emerling, Jr. was ordered to continue community control sanctions wtih the condition added as punishment for the violations: serve 32 days in the local jail facility with credit for 32 days previously served. Emerling, Jr. previously pleaded guilty to one count of non-support of dependents (F5) and one count of possession of methamphetamine (F5).

Sabrina M. Torres, 28, Logansport, Indiana, was in court for arraignment. Torres pleaded not guilty to one count of possession of drugs (F5) and one count of possession of methamphetamine (F5). The jury trial is set for March 15.

Newlyn W. Baker, 43, Haviland, was in court for arraginment. Baker pleaded not guilty to one county of illegal cultivation of marijuana (F1) and possession of marijuana (F2). The jury trial is set for March 29.

April L. Ray, 29, Defiance, was in court on the motion for intervention in lieu of conviction. Ray changed her previously entered plea of not guilty to guilty to one count of trespass in a habitation (F4). The dispositional hearing for intervention in lieu of conviction is set for February 7.

Jennifer J. Hines, 52, Paulding, was in court for arraignment. Hines pleaded not guilty to one count of vandalism (F5). The jury trial is set for March 15.

Christopher J. Malone, 30, Fort Wayne, Indiana, was in court for arraignment. Malone pleaded not guilty to one count of possession of heroin (F5). The jury trial is set for March 15.
