Criminal Docket

Justin A. Suffel, 34, Paulding, was in court for violating community control sanctions. A hearing was set for July 23 and he is being held without bond. Suffel was previously found guilty of attempted burglary (F4).

Johnathan R. Bowman, 27, Paulding, pleaded guilty to identity fraud (F5). He was sentenced to four years of community control sanctions with the stipulations of serving 54 days in jail with credit for 54 served, abstain from drug and alcohol consumption, submit to random substance testing, obtain and maintain employment and pay court costs.

Matthew S. Beck, 36, Fort Wayne, pleaded guilty to forgery (F5). Sentencing was scheduled for August 15 and he was released on a recognizance bond.

Bryan J. Foltz, 45, Paulding, was arraigned on a charge of breaking and entering (F5). A pre-trial conference was set for August 13 and a trial was set for October 10. Foltz was released on bond.
