Burkard announces that a Paulding County grand jury returned indictments
against 14 persons on Thursday, January 13.
Allen W. Foute, 54,
Sherwood, one count of aggravated possession of drugs, fifth degree
felony; one count of operating a vehicle while under the influence of
alcohol, a drug of abuse, or a combination of them (O.V.I.), a first
degree misdemeanor.
Jeremy R. Turner, 23, Southgate, Michigan, one count of possession of cocaine, a fifth degree felony.
Daymeion
Marquete Sheild, 30, Columbus, one count of possession of cocaine, a
fifth degree felony and one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a
fifth degree felony.
James Brian Allen, 53, Oakwood, one count of domestic violence, a third degree felony.

L. Diaz, 41, Defiance, one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a
second degree felony and one count of operating a vehicle while under
the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them
