Grand jury indicts 14

PAULDING – The Paulding County Prosecuting Attorney, Joseph R. Burkard announces that a Paulding County grand jury returned indictments against 14 persons on Thursday, January 13.

Allen W. Foute, 54, Sherwood, one count of aggravated possession of drugs, fifth degree felony; one count of operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse, or a combination of them (O.V.I.), a first degree misdemeanor.

Jeremy R. Turner, 23, Southgate, Michigan, one count of possession of cocaine, a fifth degree felony.

Daymeion Marquete Sheild, 30, Columbus, one count of possession of cocaine, a fifth degree felony and one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth degree felony.

James Brian Allen, 53, Oakwood, one count of domestic violence, a third degree felony.

Amanda L. Diaz, 41, Defiance, one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a second degree felony and one count of operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them (O.V.I.), a first degree misdemeanor.

Stacy A. Landis, 53, Antwerp, one count of domestic violence, a third degree felony and one count of endangering children, a first degree misdemeanor.

Brandi L. Swartzel, 39, Dayton, one count of domestic violence, a third degree felony.

Cody L. Adkins, 30, Paulding, one count of failure to appear as required by recognizance, a fourth degree felony.

Kasey Lynn Helms, 35, Payne, one count of forgery, a fifth degree felony.

Tiffany Hernandez, 31, unknown address, one count of grand theft of a motor vehicle, a fourth degree felony.

Milo B. Holtz, Jr., 23, unknown address, one count of failure to appear as required by recognizance, a fourth degree felony.

Mark A. Johnson, 61, Antwerp, one count of domestic violence, a third degree felony.

Paul Bakle, 38, Paulding, one count of counterfeiting, a fourth degree felony; one count of breaking and entering, a fifth degree felony and one count of safecracking, a fourth degree felony.

Kara C. Buzard, 42, Paulding, one count of counterfeiting, a fourth degree felony; one count of breaking and entering, a fifth degree felony; one count of theft, a fifth degree felony; one count of assault, a fifth degree felony and one count of tampering with evidence, a third degree felony.
