Criminal Docket

Jared L. Bauman, 35, Napoleon, was in court for removal from community control sanctions due to failure to abide by the terms and conditions of the community control sanctions. Bauman previously pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine (F5).

Nicole Conn, 43, Paulding, was in court for sentencing. Conn was previously found guilty of complicity to burglary (F4) and is sentenced to four years of community control sanctions under the following special conditions: serve 21 days in local jail facility with a credit of 21 days served; not consume alcohol or controlled substances and not enter into any bars, taverns or places that serve alcohol by the single serving; submit to random blood, breath, urine and saliva screens as directed by the supervising officer and complete a drug and alcohol assessment by Westwood Behavioral Health Center, Inc. or other appropriate agency and follow all recommendations; obtain and maintain employment during the term of community control and give no good cause for its involuntary termination.

Brandon L. Alvarado, 24, Melrose, was in court on the defense’s motion for a continuance. Motion was granted. Alvarado previously pleaded guilty to aggravated riot (F4).

Christopher R. Barton, 34, Oakwood was in court on the State’s motion to dismiss charges. The State’s motion was granted. Barton was previously accused of receiving stolen property (F4).
