Brianna J. Watson, 30, Paulding, was in court on a motion to revoke community control sanctions. She admitted to the claim and her sanctions were ordered to continue with the penalty of serving 30 days in jail with credit for six days served. Watson was previously found guilty of trafficking in drugs (F4).

Tyler E. Beavers, 24, Lafayette, Ind., had his motion for judicial release granted. The remainder of his 18 month prison sentence is suspended. He was then placed on community control sanctions for a period of four years with the following guidelines: abstain from the consumption of drugs and alcohol; submit to random substance testing; seek and maintain employment and obtain a valid driver’s license. Beavers was found guilty of having weapons under disability (F3).

Dwain A. Bigger, 40, Defiance, had his case for trafficking in marijuana (F5) and possession of methamphetamine (F5) dismissed by the State.

James L. England, 47, Paulding, was in court on a motion to revoke community control sanctions. The sanctions were ordered to continue with the penalty of England serving 60 days in jail. England previously pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine (F5).

Cody D. Fleming, 35, Mark Center, was arraigned in court on a charge of breaking and entering (F5) and theft (F4). He was sentenced to two years of community control sanctions with the following guidelines: serve 15 days in jail with credit for two days served; abstain from the consumption of drugs and alcohol; submit to random substance testing; obtain and maintain employment and obtain a valid driver’s license.

Anthony C. Hicks, 30, Oakwood, was in court for arraignment on two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor (F4). A pre-trial was set for Nov. 4 and a jury trial for Dec. 10.

Angela C. Lambert, 40, Paulding, was in court for arraignment on a charge of possession of methamphetamine (F5). A pre-trial was set for Oct. 21.

Joshua J. Schmidt, 36, Grover Hill, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine (F5) and was in court for sentencing. He was sentenced to 11 months in prison.

William A. Kaufman, 23, Antwerp, was in court for arraignment on a charge of rape (F1). Counsel was appointed and a pre-trial was set for Nov. 4 and a jury trial for Dec. 17.

Christopher D. Bragg, 46, Fort Wayne, was arraigned in court on a count of prohibited acts (F5). He was found indigent and counsel was appointed. A pre-trial was set for Nov. 4 and a jury trial for Dec. 19.
