Rollin J. Bullinger, 57, Oakwood, successfully completed the diversion program and his charges for tampering with records (F5) were dismissed.

Angela D. Dewig, 19, Evansville, Ind., previously pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property (F4) and was in court for sentencing. She was sentenced to four years of community control sanctions with the following guidelines: serve 30 days in jail with credit for 11 days serve; abstain from the use of drugs and alcohol; submit to random substance testing; obtain and maintain employment; and pay restitution to the victim.

Johnathan R. Wells, 24, Hicksville, has his case for possession of drugs (F5) dismissed by the State.

Brenda. J. Fisher, 33, Defiance was arraigned in court on a charge of felonious assault (F2). A pre-trial was set for Oct. 5 and a jury trial for Nov. 4 and 5. Fisher is being held in jail with bond set at $50,000.
