Criminal Docket



Wilby A. Nelson, 50, Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to theft (F4). Sentencing was scheduled for Dec. 10.



Michelle M. Rooks, 32, Paulding, was in court on an initial hearing to revoke community control sanctions. Counsel was appointed and another hearing was set for Nov. 28. Rooks is being held without bond. She had previously pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine (F5) and possession of cocaine (F5).



Shana N. Perry, 37, Paulding, had her case for possession of cocaine (F5) dismissed by the State without prejudice.



Aubree M. Davis, 28, Paulding, was in court on an initial hearing to revoke community control sanctions. Counsel was appointed and another hearing was set for Nov. 13. Davis had previously pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine (F5).



Gabriel Sanchez, 46, Paulding, pleaded guilty to trafficking in methamphetamine (F4). He was sentenced to 17 months in prison and the sentence is to run concurrent with a 36 month penalty from a case in Defiance County.



Kristy S. Dix, 37, Paulding, pleaded guilty to two counts of assault (F5) and was sentenced to four years of community control sanctions with the following guidelines: serve 30 days in jail with credit for eight days served; abstain from drug and alcohol consumption; submit to random substance testing; complete assessment by Westwood Behavioral Heath and follow recommendations; obtain and maintain employment; and obtain valid operator’s license.



Dustin R. Thomas, 24, Paulding, was in court for a hearing to pursue intervention in lieu of conviction. The request was accepted and he was ordered to be evaluated. Another hearing was scheduled for Dec. 10. Thomas is being charged with possession of methamphetamine (F5) and driving while intoxicated (M1).



Dustin E. Gee, 28, address unknown, was arraigned on one count of possession of methamphetamine (F5). Another pre-trial was scheduled and he was released on a recognizance bond.



Tanner J. Welch, 25, Paulding, was in court for a pre-trial conference. An oral motion for intervention in lieu of conviction was presented and accepted. Another hearing was set for Jan. 17. Welch is being charged with vandalism (F5).



Rhonda K. Stahl, 45, Grover Hill, was in court for a pre-trial conference. An oral motion for intervention in lieu of conviction was accepted. Another hearing was set for Dec. 10. Stahl is being charged with possession of methamphetamine (F5).



Jodi L. Perl, 34, Paulding was arraigned on two counts of trafficking in methamphetamine (F4). Counsel was appointed and another hearing was set for Nov. 21.
