Criminal Docket

Ronnie H. Phlipot, 42, Paulding, appeared in court on an initial appearance on a motion to revoke community control sanctions. Counsel was appointed and another hearing was set for June 24. Phlipot was previously charged with non-support of dependents (F5).

Michelle M. Rooks, 32, Paulding County Jail, was in court on an initial appearance to revoke community control sanctions. Another hearing was set for June 4 and she will be held without bond. Rooks previously pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine (F5) and possession of cocaine (F5).

Leviticus Magitt, 26, Lima, had his request for judicial release denied. Magitt previously pleaded guilty to domestic violence (F4).

Benjamin T. Wiswell, 27, London, had his request for a judicial release hearing accepted. The hearing was set for May 30. Wiswell previously pleaded guilty to attempted possession of drugs (F4).

April A. Williams, 41, Paulding, was in court on a continuing motion to revoke community control sanctions. The sanctions were ordered to continue with the condition that the defendant be held in the local jail until she is accepted and transported to the WORTH Center program. Williams was also sentenced to enter into and successfully complete the WORTH Center program. Williams previously pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine (F5) and failure to appear (F4).

Tanner J. Welch, 26, Paulding, was in court on a motion to revoke community control sanctions. The sanctions were ordered to continue with the condition that the defendant be held in the local jail until she is accepted and transported to the WORTH Center program. Williams was also sentenced to enter into and successfully complete the WORTH Center program. Welch previously pleaded guilty to vandalism (F5).

John L. Phillips, 48, London, had his motion for a judicial release hearing denied. Phillips previously pleaded guilty to burglary (F2).

Johnathon R. Foster, 24, Defiance, on an initial appearance to revoke community control sanctions. Counsel was appointed and another hearing was set for May 28. Foster is being held without bond and previously pleaded guilty to aggravated assault (F4).

Clinton R. Englehart, 28, Payne, pleaded guilty to obstructing justice (F5) and was sentenced to 11 months in prison to be served concurrently with an 18 month sentence in Van Wert County.

Aaron McMillan, 37, Scott, previously pleaded guilty to tampering with evidence (F3) and was sentenced to 24 months in prison.

Thomas M. Meagher, 33, Lima, pleaded guilty to two counts of theft (F4). Sentencing was set for July 11.

Nicollette L. Collins, 29, Payne, pleaded guilty to trespassing in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present (F4). Sentencing was set for June 3.

Joshua J. Kreischer, 33, Paulding, was arraigned on a charge of possession of methamphetamine (F5). A pre-trial was set for June 24 and a jury trial for July 23.
