Treva A. Rheese, 42, Fort Wayne, met initial criteria for intervention in lieu of conviction. She then tendered a guilty plea to theft (F4). Another hearing was set for April 8.

Kelly D. Jones, 31, Defiance was in court on a motion to revoke community control sanctions. Another hearing was set for March 12. Jones was previously charged with improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle (F4).

Brianna K. Bartley, 31, Paulding, was in court on a further hearing on violating her community control sanctions. The sanctions were ordered to continue with but the condition that she serve 30 days in jail with credit for 20 days served. Bartley previously pleaded guilty to possession of fentanyl (F5), possession of heroin (F5) and possession of cocaine (F5).

Rhonda K. Stahl, 45, Grover Hill, met the initial criteria for intervention in lieu of conviction. She then pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine (F5) and another hearing was set for April 1.

Alyssa R. Puckett, 26, Cecil, was in court on a violation of community control sanctions. The sanctions were ordered to continue with the condition that she serve 30 days in jail with credit for 27 served. Puckett was previously found guilty of conspiracy (F3).

April A. Williams, 41, address unknown, pleaded guilty to failure to appear (F4) and was sentenced to four years of community control sanctions with the following guidelines: serve 49 days in jail with credit for 49 served; abstain from drug and alcohol consumption; complete a drug/alcohol/mental health assessment through the Bowen Center and complete plan; obtain and maintain employment; obtain valid operator’s license and obtain GED.

Aaron S. McMillan, 37, Scott, was in court for arraignment on charges of tampering with evidence (F5) and trafficking in methamphetamine (F5). A pre-trial hearing was scheduled for April 8 and a jury trial for May 14. He was released on a recognizance bond.

Nicholas Lowe, 26, Stryker, was in court for arraignment on charge of possession of methamphetamine (F5). Counsel was appointed and a pre-trial hearing was set for April 8 and a jury trial for May 14. Lowe was released on a recognizance bond.

Michael I.S. Wilhelm Jr., 31, Payne, pleaded guilty to possessing criminal tools (F5) and was sentenced to four years of community control sanctions with the following guidelines: serve 25 days in jail with credit for 11 served; abstain from drug and alcohol consumption; submit to random substance testing; complete a drug/alcohol/mental health screening with Westwood Behavioral Health and follow recommendations; obtain and maintain employment and obtain GED.
