Criminal Docket

Santiaga Pina, 26, Paulding, was in court for a further hearing on a motion to revoke community control sanctions. The sanctions were ordered to continue with the condition of serving 180 days in jail with credit for 76 days served. She must also complete an assessment with Maumee Valley Guidance Center within seven days of her release. Pina previously pleaded to felonious assault (F2).

Daniel E. Kelley, 22, Paulding, was in court for a dispositional hearing on a motion to revoke community control sanctions. The sanctions were revoked and he was sentenced to 11 months in prison. Kelley previously pleaded guilty to theft (F5).

Christopher W. Karacson, 39, London, had his motion for a judicial release hearing granted. A hearing was set for Feb. 10. Karacson previously pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine (F5) and improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle (F4).

Brandon L. Berridge, 31, Paulding, previously pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine (F5) and was in court for sentencing. He was sentenced to 11 months in prison.

Joshua Vogelsong, 30, Paulding, was in court on a motion to revoke community control sanctions. The sanctions were revoked and he was sentenced to 180 days in prison. Vogelsong previously pleaded guilty to theft (F4).

Cody D. Fleming, 35, Mark Center, had his charges for theft (F4) and breaking and entering (F5) dismissed per the State. In another case, he pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine (F5). Sentencing for that charge will be held Feb. 24.

Brandon M. Cooper, 22, Lima, had his request for a judicial release hearing denied. Cooper is currently serving a prison sentence for a charge of theft (F4).

Ashley L. Fleming, 35, Paulding, pleaded guilty to trafficking in methamphetamine (F4). Sentencing was scheduled for March 2.
