Criminal Docket

Colton R. Bidlack, 24, Paulding County Jail, was in court on a hearing for judicial release. The release was granted and Bidlack was given four years of community control sanctions with the following guidelines: abstain from the consumption of drugs and alcohol; submit to random substance testing; abide by a 12 a.m. curfew; actively seek employment; have no contact with anyone under the age of 18; complete an assessment with a sex offender specialist and follow all recommendations and have no contact with the victim. Bidlack had been serving time in prison on two counts of unlawful sexual contact with a minor (F4).

Thomas A. Santos, 44, Defiance, successfully completed his intervention plan and his charges for possession of marijuana (F5) were dismissed.

Gregory S. Rigsby, 49, Antwerp, successfully completed his intervention plan and his charges for attempted possession of marijuana (F4) were dismissed.

James R. Reynolds, 39, Fort Jennings, previously pleaded guilty to failure to appear (F4) and was sentenced to 12 months in prison.

Angela M. Pierce, 25, Payne, previously pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and attempted tampering with evidence (F4) and was in court for sentencing. She was sentenced to four years of community control sanctions with the following guidelines: serve 70 days in jail with credit for 70 served; abstain from alcohol consumption; submit to random substance testing; complete a Drug Court assessment through Westwood Behavioral Health and follow recommendations; enter into and complete Drug Court; obtain and maintain employment; and pay court costs.

Lester E. Sulfridge Jr., 60, Van Wert, pleaded guilty to operation while under the influence of alcohol or drugs (F3).
