PAULDING – Another Leadership Curriculum Training is being offered from 9-11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 20. Topic of the day is “Exploring Small Community Economic Development Models.”

Training is free for anyone wishing to attend, funded by a grant secured by Rural Community Assistance Program. This educational program is presented by RCAP, the county commissioners and county economic development.

Those attending will learn:

• Local market conditions and opportunities

• Asset-based community development

• Entrepreneurial communities

• Wealth Works Model

• Tupelo Model

• Creative place making

• Heritage tourism

• Value-added agriculture and local food

The session will be held at the Black Swamp Nature Center on Fairground Drive in Paulding.
