PAYNE – Donald and Marlene Kipfer, of Payne, announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Amber Lee, to Timothy Everett Heck, the son of Daniel and Debra Heck, of Payne.

The bride-elect is a 2008 graduate of Wayne Trace High School and a graduate of Ivy Tech Community College, Fort Wayne, with an associate’s degree in business administration. She is currently employed at JAT Trucking in Fort Wayne as a dispatcher.

Her fiancé is a 2006 graduate of Bethel S.T.A.R. Christian Academy and a graduate of Bowling Green State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science. He is enrolled in Bowling Green’s masters of business administration program. He is currently employed at Marathon Petroleum Corporation, Findlay, as an advanced IT systems integrator.

The couple will exchange vows on Saturday, Oct. 12, 2013, at Divine Mercy Catholic Church, Payne.

Following the wedding, the couple will reside in Findlay.

The bride-elect is the daughter of John and Jane Patten of Bryan. She is a graduate of Bryan High School and Northwest State Community College. She is employed in the admissions office at Community Hospitals and Wellness Center in Bryan.

Her fiancé is the son of Richard and Kathy Fenter of Payne. He is a graduate of Wayne Trace High School and Vantage Career Center and is employed by Spec-Temp in Antwerp.

The couple will exchange wedding vows in a private ceremony on Sept. 28, 2013 at the Opdyke Park in Bryan.

PAULDING – Megan Simpson and Camron Monnier, both of Lexington, Ky., have announced their engagement and approaching marriage.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Charles and Susan Simpson of Cecil. A 2008 graduate of Paulding High School, she graduated in 2012 from Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in aviation management. She is employed as an operations specialist at the Lexington Blue Grass Airport.

The prospective groom is the son of Bernard and Sue Monnier of Paulding. He is a 2006 graduate of Paulding High School and a 2010 graduate of Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in sports marketing and management. He is employed as assistant manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the Lexington Blue Grass Airport branch.

The couple will exchange wedding vows at 5 p.m. Sept. 27, 2013 at the First Christian Church in Paulding.

The couple will marry on September 7, 2013 at Divine Mercy Catholic Church in Antwerp.

The couple will repeat vows at 4:30 p.m., Sept. 14, at the Trinity United Methodist Church in Van Wert.

Her fiancé is the son of Terry and Nancy Wehrkamp of Paulding. He is a 2002 graduate of Paulding High School and graduated from the Ohio State University in 2006 with a bachelor of arts in political science. In 2009, he graduated from the University of Toledo College of Law and is currently employed as a judicial law clerk to the honorable Vernon L. Preston of the Ohio Third District Court of Appeals in Lima.

The couple will exchange wedding vows at 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 6, 2013 at Divine Mercy Catholic Church in Paulding.

Natalie is employed as a leasing agent in Findlay, and Jace is employed by Quicken Loans in Detroit.

Their wedding vows will be exchanged Aug. 17, 2013, at the St. John’s United Methodist Church of Columbus Grove.

ANTWERP – The parents of Hillary Rose Reid  and Nathan Robert Cross would like to announce their engagement and approaching marriage.

Hillary is the daughter of David and Toni Reid, and Nathan is the son of Bob and Marsha Cross.

Hillary graduated from Antwerp High School in 2008 and International Business College in 2009. She received an associate’s degree in medical assisting.

Nathan graduated from Antwerp High School in 2007 and  Ivy Tech Community College in 2011. He received an associate’s degree in criminal justice.

The wedding will be Saturday Sept. 28, 2013 at the United Methodist Church in Antwerp.

The newlyweds will be honeymooning in St. Ignace, Mich. They will spend a few days there and return to their home in Antwerp.

Her fiancé is the son of Denny and Joan Coughlin of Antwerp and Danette Kochenour of Paulding.  He is a 2009 graduate of Paulding High School and is currently employed at Coopers in Van Wert.

The couple will exchange vows at 4:30 p.m Sept. 28, 2013 at the Elks Lodge in Van Wert with a reception to follow at 5:30 p.m.

The couple plan to honeymoon in Gatlinburg, Tenn.
