Noggle named Red Cross disaster chairman

PAULDING – Rick Noggle has been named Red Cross disaster chairman for Paulding County. The local Red Cross office located at 211 N. Main St. in the First Financial Bank will be open each Tuesday from 9 a.m.-noon, beginning on March 12. In fact, March is also National Red Cross Month.

Currently as chairman of Red Cross Disaster Services, he is updating the files and completing the steps necessary to open the local office. Noggle has been a part of Red Cross for many years.
