Payne Council sells old truck, agrees to do sewer project

PAYNE – The Payne Village Council met in regular session Monday evening, Jan. 28. The sealed bids for the sale of the used brush truck were presented, electric rates were discussed, and the motion to proceed with the Laura Street sewer project was approved.
