Boys basketball –

The Paulding Panther boys basketball team won the first contest of the Northwest Conference season with a 66-57 win over Allen East at home on Friday night. Kyle Kauser led the Panthers with 23 points, including 6-10 from 3-point range. Paulding improved its record to 4-2 overall and 1-0 in NWC action.
