Junior guard Kaden Brumett came off the bench to ignite the Antwerp Archers with three 3-pointers in the third quarter and four for the game as Antwerp turned back the Fort Jennings Musketeers 56-46. Antwerp had three players in double digits including Noah Ganger with 13, Brumett 12, and Derek Smalley chipping in 11. Antwerp stands at 1-2 and will play at Fayette on Saturday.

 

 

Christmas celebrations were going on all over town on Friday evening, but at the Paulding gym, the Panthers fell just short of visiting Defiance as the Bulldogs defeated the local squad, 47-44.

In the fourth quarter, the Panthers closed the gap to within two points of the visitors, 40-38, on a bucket by Lance Foor, who closed the night with 19 points.
