PAULDING – Paulding Village Council had a varied agenda on Monday, discussing water and sewer rates, welcoming a new business owner and discussing some projects.

Mayor Greg White and council welcomed Thomas and Cathy Porter from Hillsdale, Mich. as the new owners and operators of Paulding’s bowling alley. Porter told council that the name of the alley was going to be “Alley Cat Lanes” named after his wife, Cathy, whose nickname is “Cat.” Porter stated that he plans to start fresh with the new year in 2013.
