Wililamson leads cross country runners at league meets

GROVER HILL – While none of the county cross country teams claimed championships on Saturday, there were several impressive individual performances from each of the three county schools.

The Green Meadows Conference meet was held at Welcome Park in Grover Hill on Saturday.

The varsity boys’ race saw Antwerp’s Sam Williamson finish second in 16:44 and Wayne Trace’s Arlen Stoller took third in 16:57.
