| Manor House lawsuit continued after new bankruptcy filing |

By DENISE GEBERS Progress Staff Writer PAULDING – Last week, a civil suit against Manor House Assisted Living Ltd. and several other entities was continued until November after a flurry of filings by attorneys. After a third defendant, TDM3 Ltd., filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection on Sept. 19, a trial scheduled to begin Sept. 21 was continued until Nov. 9 and a schedule was set by Paulding County Common Pleas Judge Tiffany Beckman. Antwerp Holdings LLC of Antwerp/Angola filed suit last September against TDM3 Ltd. of Defiance/Fort Wayne, and Louis and Mary Lengacher, both of Harlan, Ind., who operate Manor House Assisted Living and The Essen House restaurant in Antwerp.
