| Grubaugh begins 42nd year on WBESC board |

VAN WERT – The Western Buckeye ESC Governing Board held their regular monthly meeting Jan. 11 at the Thomas Edison Preschool Building in Van Wert. During the organizational meeting, Billy Poe II, Jerry Zielke and P. James Grubaugh were sworn in to begin another term on the board. Poe will serve as president and Nick Miller will serve as vice president. Grubaugh begins his 42nd year on the board. He was first sworn in on Jan. 8, 1970. “Mr. Grubaugh brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the WBESC Board,” said Superintendent Brian Gerber. “He is passionate about Van Wert and Paulding counties. Mr. Grubaugh loves this area and wants to see education succeed at all levels.
