Hazardous Waste Facility Permit Action Systech Environmental Corp 11397 Co Rd 176, Paulding, OH 45879 ID #: OHD005048947 Date of Action: 05/15/2017 On May 15, 2017, the director of Ohio EPA issued a draft Director Initiated Permit Modification to Systech Environmental Corporation (Systech) for its facility located on 11397 County Road 176, Paulding, Ohio 45879 in Paulding County. The Ohio EPA ID number is OHD 005 048 947. Systech is a permitted hazardous waste storage and treatment facility. Waste materials are analyzed, unloaded, temporarily stored, and processed so that they can be safely used as fuel for cement kilns in the adjacent Lafarge facility. The primary storage components at the facility are large above ground storage tanks and a container storage area. As a result of waste disposal practices conducted at the site, contaminated soil and water remains on the property. The purpose of this director initiated modification is to incorporate Ohio EPA selected remedies into the the permit to address units requiring corrective action.
